Finished this in one day woooo!!! It was inspired by another drawing I saw of a girl holding balloons. The version i saw was much more happy than this one... but I like how this piece came out. Also the cutsew Chibi-Usa is wearing is one of my dream AP cutsews. I'm rather picky with cutsews, but hopefully I can own this piece one day.
Also, don't you think it would be wonderful to make a purple poka dotted skirt. I'm tempted to make one!
